Uzun yıllardır yazılım sektöründe çalışan bir teknoloji lideri ve CTO adayıyım.
Yüksek ölçekli, güvenli ve sürdürülebilir yazılım, ürün ve altyapı mimarileri tasarlıyor; ekipleri, süreçleri ve teknolojiyi ortak bir vizyon altında bir araya getiriyorum.

Kariyerim boyunca yalnızca yazılım geliştirmeye değil, doğru teknolojinin doğru iş problemine uygulanmasına odaklandım. Ar-Ge merkezli çalışarak yeni teknolojileri yakından takip ettim, değerlendirdim ve gerçek ürünlere dönüştürdüm. Birçok projede mimari kararları alan, teknik yönü belirleyen ve ekipleri yönlendiren rolde yer aldım.

Hâlihazırda bir şirkette Software Development Manager olarak görev yapıyor;
kurumsal ölçekte uçtan uca platformlar, entegrasyon sistemleri ve ürün mimarileri tasarlıyor ve yönetiyorum.

Who Am I? (EN)

 

I am a technology leader and CTO candidate with many years of hands-on experience in the software industry.
I design and lead scalable, secure, and sustainable software, product, and infrastructure architectures, aligning technology, teams, and processes under a shared vision.

Throughout my career, I have focused not only on building software, but on applying the right technology to the right business problems. With a strong R&D mindset, I continuously evaluate emerging technologies and transform them into real, production-ready platforms. I have taken key roles in architectural decision-making, technical direction, and team leadership across multiple projects.

I currently work as a Software Development Manager, where I design and manage end-to-end enterprise platforms, integration systems, and product architectures.

Teknolojiyi bir amaç değil, işi büyüten ve sürdürülebilir kılan bir kaldıraç olarak ele alıyorum. Ölçeklenebilir mimariler kuruyor, ekiplerin verimli ve uyumlu çalışmasını sağlayan teknik yapılar tasarlıyorum.

Yeni projelerde ürün vizyonu, teknik yol haritası, mimari tasarım ve ekip organizasyonu süreçlerinde aktif rol alıyorum. Yazılım kalitesi, güvenlik, operasyonel süreklilik ve maliyet optimizasyonu konularına özellikle odaklanıyorum.

Bilgi paylaşımını önemsiyorum. Blog yazıları, teknik içerikler, açık kaynak projeler ve eğitimler aracılığıyla topluluğa katkı sağlıyorum. Farklı teknoloji şirketleriyle iş birlikleri yaparak ürün geliştirme ve teknoloji Ar-Ge süreçlerinde yer alıyorum.

I see technology not as a goal, but as a strategic enabler for business growth and sustainability.
I build scalable architectures and create technical foundations that enable teams to work efficiently and cohesively.

In new initiatives, I actively contribute to product vision, technical roadmaps, architectural design, and team organization. I place strong emphasis on software quality, security, operational resilience, and cost optimization.

I am passionate about knowledge sharing through blog posts, technical content, open-source contributions, and training. I also collaborate with different technology companies, contributing to product development and technology R&D initiatives.

Kariyerim boyunca birçok projeyi fikir aşamasından canlı ortama ve ölçeklenebilir üretim sistemlerine dönüştürdüm.
Eğitim, perakende, lojistik, finans, ödeme sistemleri, akıllı şehirler ve akıllı depo (WMS / WES) çözümleri gibi farklı sektörlerde, yüksek hacimli ve kritik sistemler geliştirdim ve yönettim.

Bu projelerde mimari tasarım, teknoloji seçimi, entegrasyon, altyapı kurgusu, ekip yönetimi ve proje yönetimi sorumluluklarını üstlendim. Büyük ekiplerle, kurumsal yapılarla ve çok paydaşlı projelerle çalışma deneyimi edindim.

Ayrıca bir kitap yazdım; Bilge Adam ve Bilginç IT Akademi gibi kurumlarda uzun yıllar boyunca kurumsal eğitmenlik ve danışmanlık yaptım. Bugün hâlâ birçok büyük şirket tarafından aktif olarak kullanılan ürün ve platformların oluşumunda rol aldım.

Throughout my career, I have taken multiple products from idea to production and scalable enterprise platforms.
I have designed and led high-volume, mission-critical systems across industries such as education, retail, logistics, finance, payment systems, smart cities, and smart warehouse (WMS / WES) solutions.

I have been responsible for architecture design, technology selection, system integration, infrastructure design, team leadership, and project management. I have extensive experience working with large teams, enterprise environments, and multi-stakeholder projects.

In addition, I authored a book and worked for many years as a corporate trainer and consultant at institutions such as Bilge Adam and Bilginç IT Academy. Many of the platforms I helped build are still actively used by large organizations today.
